Administrative Divisions
The main administrative division is that between Poland and Lithuania. However there is no manned border between either of the nations. Along the border there is a simple border post and line which alerts people as to when they leave one nation and enter the other. Following this, each of the two nations is subdivided into Voivodeships (regions). There being a total of 37 regions, of which 25 are in Poland and 12 are in Lithuania. There also exists a Military administrated region in the eastern section of Lithuania, which is currently under Imperial occupation while civil unrest in Belarus is bought to a peaceful conclusion. This area being called the Braslaü Military District. Each Voivodeship is headed by an elected regional assembly which is headed by a Voivodeship Governor. Voivodeship are in turn subdivided up into Powiats (also known as counties) which are run by elected councils. The following is a list of all 38 regions (voivodeship) within the Empire of Poland-Lithuania.
