Central Office of State Security
The Central Office of State Security was formed in 1934 by combining the powers and forces of the Political Police, Security Police, Special Activities Police, Intelligence services and the Emperors own secret police force. The COSS reports directly to the Lord-Marshal of State Security who in turn reports to the Emperor. The COSS is responsible for safeguarding the Imperial State, Imperial Monarchy and preventing unrest across the Empire. As a result it has vast and wide ranging powers.
