Uniquely as the Ministry of Defense does not have executive authority over the various branches of the military (merely serving as a political representative), each military branch effectively serves as its own ministry with its own administrative and financial services. All the branches however have a centralised system which allows for cross services co-operation and to maintain a transparent system that helps stop corruption.
